Continuous Live Feed not working

Until 2 days ago have had no issues with all events showing in feed. Now nothing even though there are events. We have Nest Aware, I've unplugged and reset, tried everything I know to do short of deleting app and starting all over. Is there anyother way to try ans get fees to reset? Thanks in advance for any any help!

I suggest double checking to make sure the phone thinks your nest aware is still active. 

Assuming you are using the Google Home app, simply go to the main screen and select the SETTINGS GEAR. Then click on NEST AWARE.  At the very top it will tell you if you have nest aware activated and with one you you have (either NEST Aware or Nest Aware+).

If you are using the NEST app then the procedure is similar.

Thank you for your very quick response. I do have Nest Aware and after some other issues arising, we're certain it's a fiber optic problem. Thank you again 😊
