Bought a house and can’t connect to doorbell

The previous owner needs to remove the 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell (if that is what you have) from the Google Home app while they are still on the original Wi-Fi network. Then the doorbell needs to be factory reset. Then you can add it to your Google Home app.
