We had to re-add our nest doorbell to our home account. I cannot reset the doorbell. Not a normal reset or a factory reset. The light never turns yellow, I never hear a countdown. No matter how long I hold down the reset button. When I'm trying to add the doorbell onto our account, I get a the same message over and over "something went wrong, try connecting again. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your device or turning your phones airplane mode on and off before trying again."
1. I can't reboot or reset
2. I have done what it's asked and it still is not working
Do we just have a dud?
