We were told this NEST was video. We were told it connected to DIsh & could view anyone at door on my SMART TV. WE CAN BARELY HEAR THE DOORBELL, the doorbell music options worked only ONE TIME, anyone ringing doorbell shows on TV once every 100x, there is no video. 

I’ve called DISH 3x bc it was their service person who sold it to me. 3x times they interconnected with my TV and half way thru they disappeared & never called back as they promised if we were disconnected. 

Chris, the service Tech left me his phone number incase I had problems. He said he’d come right over and fix any issue! HOWEVER…upon calling him He said he’d have to ask his boss & never returned another call from me!

this Tech also sold us thePOLK SOUND SYSTEM & SPEAKERS which quit working entirely after one year!!!

NO HELP, DODGING ME AT EVERY TURN…

BACK TO DIRECT TV!!! SHAME ON CHRIS FOR NOT BEING THE UPSTANDING PERSON HE SAID HE WAS AND SHAME ON 3 DISH REPS THAT COINCIDENTALLY (ALL) DISCONNECTED 3x WHILE LINKED IN TO MY TV TO FIX THE ISSUE & NEVER CALLED ME BACK AS PROMISED!!! 

$600.00 Worth of junk!!! and no service‼️‼️

Sorry to hear about your experience and I completely understand how you feel. I'm afraid that it is best to reach back again to Dish as they are the ones who should be able to better assist you with the integration of your Nest Hello doorbell with your smart TV.
