Door bell Chime

My nest door bell is not working at the moment. Everything is connected and it stopped working. Any help would be appreciated @

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

 

  • When did the inconvenience start?
  • What type of Nest doorbell do you have?
  • What is the status LED light?
  • Are you getting any error messages?
  • How far is the doorbell from the router?

 

In the meantime, let's check a few things:

 

  • Check your Wi-Fi connection: Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong and that your router is working properly.
  • Restart your Nest Doorbell: This keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. Refer to this article: Restart your Nest Doorbell. Depending on the model you have.
