My Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) went offline this morning. It is connected to a power supply and was showing over 60% power when last connected. I have tried a restart and the light goes white and then about 30 seconds later goes green with the ring indicator light on around the button. But it still shows "Offline". Rebooted router and all other devices (including many google home devices) re-connect ok.
Tried to factory reset and held in the button on the back for over a minute and the light goes white, then off, then white, then off! No other colours or tones occur. And, yes, I've tried it with power, without power etc.
I do really like the device, but how do I reset it! [or is it broken and I need to get a replacement?]
And... If I do have to send it back under warranty, where is the Serial Number as someone tossed the box it came in.

Did it happen recently?
Trying to navigate the returns/Warranty system for Google is a nightmare!
Good doorbell when it works, brick if it doesn't.

Hello everyone,
@Walton_Nick and @Dylan20 I'm sorry for what happened to your Nest doorbell (battery). To properly reset it to the factory default, just hit this link. You might want to do it while it's connected to its USB charging cable, to make sure it has a continuous power supply.
Keep me posted.
Regards,
Emerson

Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.
Thanks,
