Good morning. My doorbell no longer chimes inside my home anymore. When I googled and followed the directions it states that my ring indoor chimes should be on, but mine is gray and will not let me click on it.

Is your battery doorbell wired to your indoor doorbell chime and transformer, and did you specify it was wired when you installed it? If it is NOT, then the "Indoor chime" is automatically grayed out because it is not possible to ring an indoor doorbell chime if the doorbell is not wired to the chime.
If your battery doorbell IS wired, is it possible that the wiring has come loose? That too would disable the "Indoor chime" option.
If your doorbell IS securely wired, you could try contacting Support, using the link and instructions in this post:
