There is no audio from the doorbell at all. It doesn't chime and it doesn't record any sound.

Hi Lizardisanerd,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I understand the issue is that your Nest Doorbell is missing audio; no chimes and no recorded sound means you're missing key functionality. Let's troubleshoot this together to get it working again.
To start, could you please tell me:
What model of Nest Doorbell do you have?
Has the audio ever worked since you installed it, or is this a new problem?
Have you recently made any changes to your Wi-Fi, Google Home setup, or the doorbell's physical installation?
Is the video feed working correctly, and are motion/person detection and functioning as expected?
What is the status of the light on your doorbell (color and pattern)?
If you have a wired doorbell, have you checked the wiring connections at both the doorbell and the transformer to ensure they're secure and there are no loose wires?
If you are comfortable and have a multimeter, have you tried testing the voltage at the doorbell wires to confirm the transformer is providing the correct power? (If you are not comfortable with this, please skip this step.)
Looking forward to your response so we can get this resolved.
Best regards,
Kevin

Battery,
Sound stopped working after a year.
Sound stopped working before internet change.
Camera function is fine, just no audio.
Doorbell chimes outside but does not alert the devices it is connected to.
Doorbell says "battery is at xyz percent" when pressed when plugged in.
