Doorbell (battery) not turning off

Have had my doorbell for a week and can no longer turn the camera off from the app. Was working for a few days. Still has WiFi connection as I can see live video and it records events. When I try to turn off camera from app I ge the white wheel of death till I close and reopen the app. Have reset the camera to no avail.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What phone are you using (Android, iOS)? Have you tried restarting your phone to refresh the connection? Also, reinstalling the Google Home app might do the trick. Keep us posted.
