Doorbell camera pointed at ceiling

My camera is pointing at the porch ceiling.  How do I get it refocus on the front porch area and street?

You might have the zoom or enhance set. See this help page for more info: Zoom and enhance Nest camera video - Google Nest Help 

Try double tapping on your ios device while viewing to un-zoom.  

 is the "enhance" icon. Press that to toggle between or turn off.
