Hello,
We purchased two battery Nest Outside Cameras. When attempting to set them up, the screen never gets past searching for the device. We have spent for days trying to get started and have run out of patience. I have Uninstaller the Home app and reinstalled, that didn't work. I have set the cameras closer to the wifi router, that didn't work. I am out of ideas, patient's and hundreds of dollars.
Please help.

There are other people on this forum that have reported similar problems. Some of them were able to move past where you are getting stuck by using a different Family member's phone. Install the Google Home app on the phone and make sure you use the exact same login and password. Then try and add the extra cameras and hopefully it will work. You can then go back to the original phone and they should show up.
If that doesn't work then your best bet is to speak with a google Nest tech on the phone. Here is the link so you can set that phone call up. I believe they are there 24/7

If you get up and running please return here and let folks know how you fixed it. There is a good chance this will help others going forward

Hello everyone,
@Vonas I'm dropping by to ensure that everything is covered here. I hope that the information shared above sheds some light on the issue. You may also try performing a simple restart to your Nest camera and in case the issue persists you may reset it to the factory default.
Keep us posted.
I appreciate the help, @EmptyNester.
Regards,
Emerson
