Hey bmtsbrandon,
Oh no! Let's get your doorbell all sorted out. A few questions: when did it start happening? What's the status light of your camera? Are you getting any notifications? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?
Thanks,
Archie

I have tried everting, resetting, factory reset, deleting from app and reinstalling. Still not working!!! We rely on this

Hey bmtsbrandon,
Thanks for trying those steps. Is this happening when you first set up your camera? If not, did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Also, what's the status light of your camera? Keep us posted.
Thanks,
Archie

H Archie, no changes to wifi. If someone is at the door and rings it I get notified. Just won't show any live video at all

Hey bmtsbrandon,
Got it. To isolate this — are there other family members who can access the camera? Do they get the same issue? If none, try to use a different phone to see if it happens the same. To check the battery state, following steps below:
Let me know how it goes by replying to this thread.
Thanks,

Just doubled checked and same issue and verified the account!

No one else can access the camera.

We're glad to hear that no one else has access to your account. I totally understand that not having access to live video can be frustrating. Do you happen to have a Nest Aware subscription by chance?
Best regards,
Brad

I don't believe so.

Nest Doorbell (battery)’s built-in rechargeable battery provides a convenient, wire-free installation. To optimize battery life, it offers event video history and will detect and capture important activity at your door, so you can focus on the details that need your attention. If you are interested in 24/7 continuous video history, consider one of our wired Nest cameras or Nest Doorbell (wired).
Best regards,
Brad

That doesn't answer my question at all!!
I don't have any video showing. Help!!

I stated at the bottom that 24/7 video history will not work unless you have it wired. If it is running off the battery, you will not have this feature.
Best regards,
Brad

I am not looking for history tho! I had live video. Now I don't, fix this. It's defected! It worked 3 weeks.

Live video is not a feature on the Nest Doorbell (battery) or the Nest Cam (battery). Not unless it is wired in, or with a Nest Aware subscription. You are welcome to leave your feedback in the app.
Best regards,
Brad
