My camera image is flickering; I think it is due to the apartment
lights, I live in the UK, and here the lights are 50 hertz and probably
the camera records in 60 hertz.Is it possible to change to 50? I didn't
find how.

I am trying to add a door bell and camera to the best app, but it only
allows me to add it to google home app. But I am not getting the video
of the whole event, just the end of the event. I can never see people
approaching the camera, only leaving.
