Hello All,
I have three original Nest cameras around my house and are trouble free. After a break in last year, I added two Google Nest Cameras to cover the areas where the Burglar entered my home. However just recently both of my fairly new Google Nest Cameras decided to unmount and are useless. They have been dead for a couple weeks now and see no way to remount them back onto the Google Home.
Google has really 'effed up the Nest Company.

And I keep getting Google Home messages "_________ camera - Make sure it's powered on and connected to Wi-Fi". I go to the iOS Google Home App and can access to camera but shows it is off-line and have no idea how to get it back on-line. In the settings there is a "on/off" button but it just happens it is not selectable.
Are the no Google Tech experts in this community?

Hello nw_gser,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay. That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. I have a quick question before diving in deeper, how far is the camera from the router? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera? What is the light status of your Nest camera?
Give these steps a try:
Looking forward to your response.
Regards,
Emerson
