My google hub will not let me set up my nest aware. It says it’s already connected to another account. I’ve tried holding both the up and down buttons an the sound bar to reset. I’ve tried airplane mode, i’ve tried resetting the IOS app, deleting it and reinstalling it. I’ve tried turning off the wifi and rebooting my wifi. Nothing so far has worked. I have paid for my Nest Aware and I don’t want to have to create a new house and have to pay the monthly fee again. Please help this is very frustrating.
I’ve been trying to fix this for about 2 weeks now. Trying everything I see online.

Rather than answering questions in this forum from other users on clarifying what's really happening in your case (like what you mean by "My Google Hub will not let me set up my Nest Aware"), you could try using the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team.
