Nest camera history subscription

Starting a nest plan to access video history is next to impossible! What website or area can I setup my camera to receive video history?

Google has too many places to indicate there is help but no where to accomplish anything.

According to the video on the Nest Aware help page below, you can subscribe to Nest Aware:

* From the Google Nest app by going to Settings | Nest Aware and selecting "Subscribe to Nest Aware".

* From the Google Home app by going to Settings | Nest Aware and selecting "Subscribe to Nest Aware".

* From the Google Store (store.google.com) by selecting Subscriptions | Nest Aware.

Thanks for reaching out and reassuring me that someone from Google actually cares.

Between my professor partner and myself, a controls and automation guru, we were seriously thwarted by the blocks because of advertising or joining another membership etc in our paths to try and set up an account so she could have video history of her camera.

We have recently after trying many times of a month's time been able to get to a website where she has set up the account.

Should you really want us to show you the paths we experienced by all means I am willing to show you with an appointment of your choice in time to share screens and watch from my perspective. I am having recurring anxiety even now just thinking about it!
