Starting a nest plan to access video history is next to impossible! What website or area can I setup my camera to receive video history?
Google has too many places to indicate there is help but no where to accomplish anything.

According to the video on the Nest Aware help page below, you can subscribe to Nest Aware:
* From the Google Nest app by going to Settings | Nest Aware and selecting "Subscribe to Nest Aware".
* From the Google Home app by going to Settings | Nest Aware and selecting "Subscribe to Nest Aware".
* From the Google Store (store.google.com) by selecting Subscriptions | Nest Aware.
