Yep. My cameras are off more than they are on. Absolutely useless and Google are no help at all. Time to move on.

  • What's the exact model of your Nest Cameras or Nest Doorbells?
  • What's the color of the LED light you can see on the device?
  • Are you able to see the live video or video recordings?
  • Are you getting any error messages?
  • How far is the camera from the router?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
  • What WiFi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
