My nest doorbell has been offline since Monday with no activity despite a green light clearly indicating that it is on and connected. Reboot does not work. Disconnect and reconnect does not work. Factory reset fixes the problem for 2 days then it goes offline again. No video is recorded no events are reported, doorbell is completely useless in this state. What else can I do?
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Are you getting any error messages? Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? How far is the doorbell from the router? Do you have other Nest devices in the house? Also, are there other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi where the camera is connected to? Keep us posted.
