How do I add another account to use the doorbell. It keeps saying connected to another account. Thanks it’s not battery , it’s wired. Don’t know if that really matters , only option I had

Hey there,
Are you sure that you have installed the new Nest Hello within the correct google account? Make sure that you are using the same Google account as your other Nest/Google devices. If you have the Doorbell, you can Factory Reset it.
Important: Because a factory reset permanently erases the items listed above, we don’t recommend doing it as a troubleshooting step until you’ve tried restarting your camera and other troubleshooting options.

How do I find out how many accounts I have ? I think there must be more than one , keeps saying it’s connected to another account . I am the only owner

How many Gmail accounts do you have? I would log into all of them and make sure that none of your devices have been added to an incorrect Home. Check the Nest App and Google Home app as well.

I have no ideal how many accounts I have , how do I found out ? I know there’s more . Once I found out how do I delete them. Thank you for all your help
