My QR code is faded and will not scan. I tried manual process and entered the entry key. But when it says select last four of serial, it is not there for me to select.

When I've manually entered the 6-character QR code, the install process has always displayed a list of the last 4 digits of serial numbers, and the serial number for the camera has always been on the list. (I think it may even have been highlighted.) Are you absolutely sure you entered the QR code correctly? Sometimes, since the QR code is printed on a curved surface, I've found it's hard to differentiate between the letter "O" and the number "0".

Yep I'm sure. My code is 1JCSXA. The last four of the other cameras comes up but not this one. This is a used device. Could it be that the Bluetooth is defective on it?

If you enter the correct QR code, I don't know why the install process wouldn't list the last four of the correct serial number.
