What are the reasons that a doorbell nest keep saying no events detected

Do you have any events turned on under Settings | Events | Seen Events for your doorbell?

Yes everything seem to be good it’s just some times it says no events detected for an hr or 2 so I just want to know the possible reasons for that

If your doorbell is working correctly, it SHOULD mean that there were no events that occurred in front of your doorbell.

@Makinithappen, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, is your push notification turned on? How far is your Nest Doorbell form your Wi-Fi router? Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? To make sure it's working properly, try standing in front of it and see if it will detect you. Let us know how it goes.
