I had to reset my doorbell because I needed a new router , now I don’t get notifications or history from my nest doorbell and only get a live feed .

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing with us what you've done on your end. You're on the right track when you reset your Nest Doorbell to the factory default to connect to your new Wi-Fi router. To confirm, have you tried checking the notification settings of your Nest Doorbell through your Nest app or Google Home app? Also, did you re-add your Nest Doorbell to the same home structure like before?
