Doorbell notifications

Hi everyone! 
I’m wondering if & how I can change my doorbell notifications to turn my phone on immediately with the live feed as opposed to just sending me a note that a person was seen. 

If this isn’t possible on a phone, can it be done on another device? Like the Hub?

Google Nest gives us the ability to receive standard notifications on our phone when a person is seen, but there's no ability to turn on the phone and initiate a live feed.

We can receive "Visitor announcements" on Nest Hubs, Nest Minis, and Nest speakers when the doorbell button is pressed (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451?hl=en), and that opens a live feed to the doorbell, but there is no ability to send notifications to our Nest Hubs for person or motion events.
