Since transferring from the nest app to the home app, the doorbell notifications don't show the person who rang the bell.
When in the nest app you would get a 2 second preview with the person who rang the bell. The home app notification shows a 2 second preview of the camera, but not the person who rang the bell. If I click on the notification it will take me to a clip that is a few minutes long and I have to scroll through it to find who rang the doorbell.
I have seen quite a few posts on this and it doesn't seem to be fixed for anyone experiencing the issue. This happens to me on my pixel 9 pro, my wife's iOS device and happened on my old pixel 7 pro.
How do we get a useful notification preview back?
