Hello, I just set up my nest doorbell. After an unfortunately,after the dreaded setup,I finally got the app on our devices. Now that everything is up on network and mounted, my live feed doesn't show. I have been able to see the video twice in less than 24 hours and the other time is reads camera off or not mounted. I went through all the suggested help such as restarting router, making sure camera is mounted. In the app the help says change mounting settings yet when I go into do so that option is not there. I have invested money and time in getting this technology all seems for not. Please help.

Do you have good Wi-Fi signal strength at your doorbell's location?
You could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
