Since the migration from nest to google home a couple of days ago I don’t have a doorbell ring sound anymore when someone is ringing on my doorbell.
in the nest app it was a specific sound which was very useful when I was out of home to hear that somebody was pushing my doorbell.
please help 🙂

Hi diederikgrob,
Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand that since migrating from Nest to Google Home app a couple of days ago, you are no longer hearing the doorbell ring sound when someone presses your Nest Hello. No worries, I'm here to help!
To isolate this issue, I'd like to know the following:
1. Is the Quiet Time option turned on in the Nest app? Please visit our helpful article to check it: Change Nest camera & doorbell audio settings
2. Did you try to change your Nest Hello's theme sound? If not, please follow these steps:
Please keep me posted.
Regards,
Juan

sorry I don't understand. Because of the migration from nest to google home I cannot change settings anymore in the nest app.
so sound options or quiet time etc etc settings are not able to change in the nest app.
Migrating back to nest app does not work as well.

Hi Juan,
I did this a couple of times but won’t make a difference. I do hear another sound on my nest hub devices in the house but on my phone I will not receive a ringtone which I am able to hear that somebody is at the door. I only receive a small regular push notification on my iPhone which you hardly don’t hear.

Ps also my wife installed the google home app on her iPhone. Also then the doorbell only gives small notifications but not a specific ringtone where we can hear that somebody is ringing the doorbell.
