I messaged with support earlier and simply added a new home (same house) to Nest and it worked properly. The old house can be deleted or removed unless you want to keep it because of other products. Hope this helps or you have already resolved the issue.
Support told me to do the same thing - but I have everything set up on my old home and need it to be all together. I don't want to go through the hassle of manually moving everything. Waiting to hear back from support.
