Our Nest Doorbell lost connection to our home WI-FI so in order to reconnect I need to scan the QR code on the back of the camera but the QR code ink has rubbed off along with the serial code. Any help?

I am in a similar situation but I just moved to a new home with a wired doorbell but can’t add to my app as can’t detach the doorbell to look behind to scan the QR code or use the numbers.

Hi Sharon, if you push a paper clip into the tiny hole on the base of the camera it will then detach from the base. Hope this helps?

Hey MikeB22,
Sorry for the delay. If you have a hard time reading your Nest product’s entry key or serial number, take a picture with your phone’s camera. Then open the picture in your photo app and zoom in.
Thanks,
Archie
