Doorbell won't connect to wifi or nest

Hi, my Google Battery doorbell WILL NOT connect to our Google Nest or our WIFI.

I have tried every option offered via the internet & our internet supplier NOTHING works.

I have tried calling GOOGLE and they simply hang up!

I need a resolution to this problem today!

Is it new? Contact Google for replacement.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. Are you getting any error messages when connecting your doorbell to your Wi-Fi network? What's the status light of your doorbell? Have you tried setting it up using your mobile hotspot to isolate this? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix this? Keep us posted.
