Doorbell won’t like up anymore

Got a wired Nest Doorbell for Christmas in 2019. It has worked fine until yesterday when it didn’t restart after a power outage. Checked power to doorbell and it’s fine and pushed reset button for 10 seconds and camera doesn’t light up at all. Any suggestions?

Same except my doorbell is around 6 months old and won't factory reset

Hi Brad,

 

Yes I need help please.  I have been unable to factory reset the doorbell (wired).  I've tried all the recommendations on your website and it does not start up. When connecting through the computer or to the power, the green light comes on and then nothing happens.

It sounds like you have a faulty device. I would suggest you reach out to Support for a replacement device.
