Hello, I'm an end user like you. I have the older Nest Hello doorbell and it works differently but I looked in the documentation for you camera and I can't find an exact answer. However I think what is going on is the battery cameras (especially when not plugged in to full time power) do everything they can to limit battery usage. If you set it 2 minutes then I think the battery would run down very quickly. As a trouble shooting step does it let you change it to any other times? 30 seconds? or 10 seconds? I'm just wondering if those work correctly and it just doesn't like 2 minutes?
