A few weeks ago my nest cam died, so like normal I took it down and plugged it in to charge. Like I have for the past 2 years with it. This time the camera is refusing to charge at all. I do not get the pulsing light saying that it's charging and no notifications saying that it is finished charging. I've tried 3 different outlets/plug/cord combinations without any success. I've tried letting it sit for about a week without charging and then plugging it back in without any success.
Any suggestions? How can I get ahold of google to troubleshoot this?

Hello, I'm an end user like you. I believe for this you will want to open a support ticket with Google and speak with a nest tech person. Use this link (below) to open the ticket. Once you enter the information you will be given the chance to escalate to a phone call.

Sorry, looks like it expired I also identified the wrong device ists the Nest Video Doorbell.
