Doorbell

We had to change our router and I had to remove my cameras and reinstall them. Now I can't get notifications on. I've set up zones but no matter what I try no joy. I have a nest aware account. Can anyone help.

Let's see what's going on with your Nest cameras. Could you answer these questions so we can isolate the issue?

 

  1. Have you not received any push or email notifications?
  2. Have you checked your spam folder?
  3. Is the Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned off or on?
  4. Have you tried to use a different mobile device?
  5. Is this issue constant or intermittent?
