Why the notifications comes with delay.? I open notification in my Samsung S21 Ultra Verizon provider and the object it's gone. Was to late to speak up. I don't like it.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. A few questions: when did it start happening? Are the notifications delayed on multiple mobile devices? Have you checked notification settings in the Nest app to ensure the expectations are correct? Also, try the steps below and let us know how it goes.

 

  • Connect the mobile device to another Wi-Fi or cellular network.
  • Sign in to your account on another mobile device and trigger a notification to test
  • Reboot your doobell by turning off the breaker (If wired)
  • Reset it to its default setting
