Drop cam won't sync problem.

Can't add my camera to my account.  It was previously working, now even the scan QR code does not work.

Hey there, gflds74.

 

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would try to power cycle your device first, and then try again to add the device. 

  • Is the camera brand new?
  • Is your mobile device connected to the same wifi as what the device will be connected too?
  • If the camera is an older model, have you tried to restart it?
