Hi, I have a dropcam camera and i moved to a diffplace. I am finding hard to connect to the new network. I am getting C309-400 error while executing the exe file. Kindly help or throw some light if someone encountered this issue and fixed it successfully. Customer support is not capable to troubleshoot the issue

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just to check: Are you using a Windows computer to set it up? Did you try connecting it to a 2.4 GHz network? Have you tried using a different phone and a mobile hotspot?
