Upload to "cloud" from camera

How do I set up my camera so it uses less wi-fi data?  Is there a setting so it downloads to "cloud" during the night? Uses too much upload and my wifi keeps crashing.

Google Nest does not have any time-of-day options for uploading video history. Video history is uploaded on a continual basis. To do otherwise would require the ability to store video history on our cameras.

All you can do to reduce upload size is to reduce your video quality:

We have multiple cameras and doorbells with 24/7 recording on our Nest Aware Plus subscription and do NOT have issues.
