Dropcam replacements never received!!

I spent a fortune purchasing 9 dropcams for my house. In April the replacement offer was made because my dropcams would no longer be supported. I filled out the form and was eligible for 2 free snow dropcams which I might add stick out like a sore thumb. Anyway, I did all the things I was supposed to do. Waited and still waiting for my replacements that never arrived. Speaking to a person is almost impossible! Black Friday I purchased more camera and a doorbell to help replace the other 3 that were no longer supported. They showed up, still waiting on the doorbell. Finally today after numerous attempts I finally found a blog that had a way to reach an actual person. Guess what? They couldn't help me and apologized that the promotion had expired and there was no way to replace these items. Okay, they were ordered and never received. Even gave her the number for the order. Still she couldn't find anything. I asked to speak her supervisor and they are supposed to call me in 3-5 minutes. Guess that's not going to happen because it's taken me this long to type this out. Called received and she couldn't help and sent me a link via email to get in contact with Google. No direct contact number; only a link. I ordered 4 cameras and a doorbell on Black Friday but I think I'll return those and go a different direction that has customer service where you can talk to someone. I'm out 9 cameras plus 2 never received replacements. Not to mention the subscription raised almost a $100 jumping from $140 annually to $230 for Nest Aware. Google returned my call and they could help and transferred me back to Nest Aware! It's amazing after spending over $1,000 installing cameras and purchasing over $500 again on Black Friday that customer service is this way. I've spent over 4 hours on the phone and still NO resolution. Case number after case number. One thing about it, I have all the records for what good that does. I think I'll also  Better Business Bureau.
