Hi!
New owner of a Nest Doorbell (battery) here and I've been left hugely disappointed.
The resolution is atrocious! Worse than a potato camera....
To make it worse, contacted Google Help and went through the troubleshooting to no effect. Finally, they determined that it's for exchange. Express Exchange which means a replacement will be shipped to me first before I return mine. This is to mitigate downtime for me.
After providing my shipping details as requested, I'm told to contact a Google Nest Specialist instead.. reason being, verification of my details are required.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
1) atrocious resolution
2) questionable customer service
