FRONT CAMERA NOT WORKING SINCE INSTALLED GUY INSTALLED IT

My front doorbell camera does not charge ! And has not worked for the first week it was installed

I'm not sure what device you have. Your posts says you have a "Nest Cam Outdoor", but the Google Nest Outdoor Camera does not have a battery that can be charged. And your post says "Nest app", but there are no battery cameras or doorbells in the Google Nest app.

So I'm guessing you have the 2nd gen battery doorbell, installed in the Google Home app. If I guessed wrong, my apologies.

Is your battery doorbell connected to your doorbell wires and does your doorbell transformer meet the requirements noted here?
