I have 4 nest outdoor cameras that are attached to a corrupted nest account that I can no longer access. I need to reset them and connect to new account I have set up. None of the online reset protocols seem to work… bought them in 2017.

The only way to perform a factory reset on the 1st gen Google Nest Outdoor Cameras (we have several) is to remove them from the Google Nest app.
Google Nest Support staff have posted several times in this forum, and there is the Help text below, suggesting waiting up to 60 days for the previous owner's (in this case, your previous Nest account) video history to expire. I don't know if that actually works.
