When I access the Nest Hello Doorbell settings via the home.nest.com browser, I see a blue button under the nest aware tab labeled "Nest Aware". Upon clicking, it explains the features of Nest Aware in detail but doesn't allow me to access them. At the bottom there is another blue button labeled "Manage subscription" which promptly redirects me to my "Subscriptions" page displaying that I'm currently paying for Nest Aware with an upcoming renewal on 3/19/2024. Is there a reason i'm unable to access the Familiar Face functionality (like on the phone app)?

Thanks for posting here in the Community. The familiar face detection option is only available through the Nest or Google Home apps.
