Familiar face detection deleting each day

My Nest Cam is deleting the familiar face Library each night. My subscription is current and I have enabled familiar face detection on the camera. I have only one camera. It is a wired doorbell. It was working fine a few weeks ago. I do not live in Illinois.

I know this is a strange question but does anyone else have access to it and is deleting the history because they are uncomforatable?  (I know,,, a wild guess).

I think for this you should consider opening a support ticket and speak with an actual good tech person.  Here is the link to open the ticket and there will be a change to speak with someone or have text-chat.
