I had always been a little disappointed in the resolution of the picture when I pinch zoomed in on the doorbell camera, then, after having had the doorbell forever.. , I found that it was , by default, turned to a low resolution to save bandwidth. I turned it to high resolution and it took nearly a terabyte a month.
Suggestion: Dynamic resolution shifting. When there's motion or a loud sound, the resolution shifts to the highest definition, temporarily, and back to the default, after the motion or sound event. Have this as an option in the menu and possibly on by default.
