Flood Cam Video History Loading

Why is the video not loading? Something happened to my neighbour and police asked for video evidence. The video doesn't load even on wifi and cellular. I'm paying premium for this experience?

Hello, just wondering if this ever fixed itself?  Or did you find out what the problem is?

Ya the history came back little by little over time. By the next day, the history was loaded and I could see the footage. Not really ideal cause we needed the footage right after the incident happened when the police was still at the scene.
