This may sound like a ridiculous question, but is the circuit for your floodlight camera turned on? If it is not, the light won't work, but the camera will work for awhile, since it is a battery camera, recording events only, but becoming "Live" when accessed in the Google Home app, on a Nest Hub, or on the home.google.com website. Other customers in this forum have reported that the circuit for their floodlight camera was inadvertently turned off.
