Everything was working fine and then suddenly I noticed the floodlight portion of the camera disappeared from the Google Home app. My wife got a notification saying I removed the light.
I've factory reset (till the chime and yellow light occurs).after reset I cut the power for 4 minutes per another post from a user. I go through the whole adding and setup and even still the Floodlight portion doesn't appear.
I'm unable to see any settings for the lights in the app either.

Same issue literally just happened to me and I have followed every set of steps the internet has to offer. The camera still works, but the Google Home app refuses to recognize the floodlight portion of the Nest Cam with Floodlight,

I have this same issue. Not adding anything to this discussion but I hope my comment can bump this issue and we get a fix soon.

The floodlight has reappeared randomly but shows offline.
Now my camera has a purple tint. Factory reset fixed the tint but it came back 2 days later

Even my camera feed just turned purple. It has also been frequently going to 0% battery even though it is on constant power.

Hey folks,
I am sorry to hear that you are still having this issue. I can imagine it's been quite frustrating, but I want you guys to try to Restart your devices first, if that doesn't work then do a Factory Reset, remove all devices and add them back with the newest item first. Restarting and factory resetting your Google Nest camera or doorbell will have different results:
Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.
Factory reset: Erases all your settings and options, and restores its factory default settings. It will not automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi and you'll need to set it up again.
You can find this information, plus additional information on this process here. Please let me know if you have further questions.
Best Regards,
Brad.

Those steps don't fix it. It randomly came back one day but then it's now gone again

Are you adding the Nest Cam with Floodlight to an existing home/structure? Or is this a new Home that you have made? I am sorry to hear that not even the Factory Reset is keeping this from happening. Which mobile device are you using to do all of this on?
Best regards,
Brad.

Existing house. And I've used an iPhone 12 mini and Pixel 5

And even on the non-iOS device it's not working? It sounds like it could possibly be a faulty device. I would suggest you contact support and seek out a warranty replacement if applicable.
Best regards,
Brad.

Hi Brad. Unfortunately I still need help with this. My app still doesn't show the floodlight. I saw on another post that this could be due to water seeping in and it has been raining in California for a few days now. The post said that maybe caulking would help but being an outdoor camera, this case should have been considered.
Here's the other post: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/Nest-Cam-with-Floodlight-Floodlight-not...

I was finally able to get this issue resolved. I received an in-warranty replacement from Google and my new Floolight Camera has worked flawlessly for several weeks now.
