Floodlight issues

Like others have experienced, I cannot get the light options to come up. They did once but since then I have hard reset it and disconnected it and removed it from the app a number of times. The light and camera work but I lost any way to control the light. How do I fix it? The light just turns on and off when it wants.

I bought the camera at the end of April 2024 new from Amazon.

Thank you for posting here in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to control the Floodlight. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially if you had a hard reset. Help's here.

 

To troubleshoot your Floodlight issues, please follow these steps carefully:

 

  1. Open the Home app.
  2. Select the floodlight.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Select What turns on the floodlight. You can select a series of options about managing all features for the Nest Floodlight that can help control your Floodlight.
