I have two cameras with floodlights. One has a camera icon and floodlight icon in the app. The 2nd does not show a floodlight icon, only a camera icon. Also, the settings menu unfortunately the 2nd camera does not have a choice for floodlight: It’s as if it setup the camera as a standard camera rather than camera with floodlight. Removed device and re-installed with same result. Made sure I am selecting camera with floodlight and using the correct barcode also.

Was power turned on for the second floodlight camera during your install and during your reinstall? If not, perhaps Google Nest is not recognizing the floodlight component of the floodlight camera, and instead is recognizing it as a standard battery camera. (We've had the battery camera for 2 years.)
If that's not the issue, and you've already tried two installs, perhaps you should contact Support, using the link and instructions in this post:

Yes, power was on during install and the camera battery icon is showing infinity (powered by wire). Floodlight works and responds to motion but we have no control over settings.

@ppanzera, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Where and when did you purchase your Nest Camera with floodlights? We advise you to send it back to them and inform them that your device's serial number identifies it as a standard Nest Camera. Looking forward to your response.
