Floodlight not showing up in Google Hub

I purchased two Floodlight cameras: one for the front and one for the back.  

My front floodlight camera works perfectly (both floodlight and cam apps appear in google hub), but my back one only has the cam app.  The floodlight still works with motion for 30 sec, but I am unable to manually control the floodlight with the app.

I have tried 1. removing the app from my phone and re-installing and 2. factory reset button (about 20 sec until the camera chimed) on the back of the camera and reinstall the app.  Nothing worked.  

Any thoughts?  Thank you.

Brad, I am having the same issue here. I saw two threads where there’s no resolution. I have 2 Nest cams with floodlights. Only one of the floodlights shows up in the app. I’ve re installed the camera twice.  Is there a fix for this?  Thanks.

My issue has not resolved.  I wish google store had a physical location.

I've factory reset about 10 times, but I still cannot get the Flood Light and the "battery to the camera would run out" even though it's hardwired.  

The camera is showing up on the google hub, BUT NOT THE FLOODLIGHT.

Same issue. Shows up in Home app as a(battery) cam but not a floodlight.
